3 civilians wounded in Kandahar blast
KANDAHAR (Pajhwok): At least three persons were wounded in a bomb blast on Friday morning in southern Kandahar province, the acting governor’s spokesman said.
Samim Khpalwak told Pajhwok Afghan News three persons including a woman and child, injured in the explosion that was triggered by a planted roadside bomb.
The police received reports regarding a planted mine on a roadside but the bombs detonated before it was defused.
A doctor in Mirwais hospital in Kandahar wishing anonymity confirmed receiving three wounded in the hospital who were stated to be in stable condition.
Taliban, however, have not yet commented on the incident.
