2 policemen and a banker killed in blasts
TARINKOT, ASAD ABAD (Pajhwok): Two policemen and a banker were killed separately in different areas in eastern Nuristan province and in the central province of Uruzgan, officials said.
Hafiz Abdul Qayum, Nuristan acting governor, told Pajhwok Afghan News that police vehicle hit the bomb which killed two policemen including a police officer and damaged the vehicle in Wama district in Nuristan.
Separately, 2nd lieutenant Gul Agha, first police district chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News that a staff member of Kabul Bank was killed in mine blast when he was on his way to office.
Acting provincial police chief was killed last night by his guard.
No group has taken the responsibility of the attacks.
