Students of Afghan-Turk school receive medals
KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of students of the Afghan-Turk high schools won 30 medals, including nine silver and 12 bronze in a Scientific Olympic in New Delhi, the capital of India.
Amaduddin Saraji, the Afghan-Turk Education Organization deputy head, told Pajhwok Afghan News that 63 students including 14 girls from Afghan-Turk high schools participated the Olympia that held in Amity University of India. The Olympic continued from May 21 to May 30, he added.
India, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Romania, Kazakhstan, Nepal and China also participated in the Olympic.
Saraji added that 33 other Afghan students received encourage awards from the Amity University.
All the students participated in the competition were returned today to Kabul, he said.
The Afghan-Turk schools’ students started participating in the Olympiads on international level.
