Talks without political office support irrelevant: Taliban
The statement came after Sartaj Aziz, Pakistan prime minister’s adviser on foreign affairs and national security, said a day earlier the Afghan government and Taliban would likely meet in a week's time.
Aziz said that Pakistan had organized talks between Afghan officials and Taliban delegation in Urumqi city of China.
The Taliban said they had an organized wing for every political issue which dealt with a according to the rules and regulations of Taliban policies.
Taliban had a political wing or political office which had responsibility of dealing with all local and foreign political issues, the statement said, adding that “since the inception of political office, no one is authorized to issue a statement or meet on behalf of Taliban.”
