Afghan cueists outplay Pakistanis for 6-Red master’s title
KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan cueists have defeated Pakistani rivals in the final of 6-Red Snooker World Championship’s master’s category in Karachi. The championship divided into various categories got underway in the port city about a week ago.
In individual games, 73 players from 15 countries participated in the event, with Saleh Mohammad, Raees Senzai and Zamarai Hassas representing Afghanistan.
The Afghan duo (Saleh Mohammad and Hassas) reached the master’s event final against Pakistan’s former world champion Mohammad Yousaf and Naveen Parwani. The Afghans beat the Pakistanis by 5-2, according the game’s website.
