“The country can only be built by the youth, but thousands of them have been killed in the country. I once again call on the brothers who are misled by foreign spy agencies to join the peace process,” the Meshrano Jirgainfo-icon or upper house of parliament chairman said.

He asked the government to accelerate the peace parleys because all Afghans should be united to steer the country out of the current crises.

About Daesh or the self-styled Islamic State group, Muhaqqiq said the Afghans had always fought invaders and were ready to stand again the terrorist group as well.

“As we defeated the super power that wanted to control the region up to Indian Ocean, we will also fight again those who want to find illegal access to energy resources in central Asia,” he said.
