Commander among 6 Taliban killed in Faryab clash
MAIMANA (Pajhwok): A commander was among half a dozen Taliban fighters killed during an overnight clash with Afghan military forces in Pashtunkot district of northern Faryab province, an official said on Friday.
Maj. Reza Rezai, a spokesman for the Afghan National Army’s 209th Shaheen Military Corps, told Pajhwok Afghan News the clash broke out in Badqaq locality on Thursday night.
