Explosion rocks Kabul, no casualties reported
KABUL (Pajhwok): A magnetic bomb went off in central capital Kabul on Monday, creating panic but caused no casualties, an official said.
Kabul crime branch chief Brig. Gen. Fraidon Ubaidi confirmed the explosion and told Pajhwok Afghan News it took place in the morning in Qalachi area.
He said there were no casualties in the blast. Eyewitnesses said the explosion took place near Habibia High School. They said it was a strong blast that jerked some nearby houses.
