Charchino blast leaves 2 soldiers dead, 5 injured
TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): Two Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers were killed in a bomb explosion on a military patrol in central Uruzgan province on Friday, an official said.
The patrol came under attack in the Chambarak area of Charchino district before noon, an ANA commander told Pajhwok Afghan News.
At least five soldiers were wounded, some of them critically, in the roadside bombing, Brig. Gen. Mohammad Rasool said, without blaming any group for the attack.
