Kabul denounces deadly attack on Bacha Khan University
The bombing in the Karkhano Market area of Peshawar killed at least 11 people while the attack on Bacha Khan University in Charsadda resulted in 21 deaths and injuries to 31 others.
In Kabul, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs slammed the university assault as an attack on the spirit and future of the rising generation. “We consider it contrary to all Islamic and international principles.”
Afghanistan, which itself has been suffering terrorist attacks, expressed its deepest condolence and sympathy to the victim’s families and the government of Pakistan, a statement from the ministry said.
