Abdullah to attend counter-terror conference in India
KABUL (Pajhwok): Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Abdullah Abdullah is scheduled to arrive in in India on Sunday (tomorrow) to attend a counter-terrorism conference.
Besides participating in the conference in Jaipur, the CEO would also meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, an Indian newspaper reported.
A report in The Statesman’s online edition said Abdullah would talks with the Indian premier on Monday and with Sushma Swaraj at the Hyderabad House.
On Tuesday, the visiting CEO will proceed to Jaipur to attend the inaugural session of the event. The conference will be opened by President Pranab Mukherjee.
