Ghani leaves for Germany to attend Munich conference
KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani, at the head of a high-level delegation, on Thursday left Kabul for a two-day visit to Germany to attend the upcoming Munich Security Conference.
World leaders and representatives of international organizations will attend the conference to discuss world’s important issues, particularly about terrorism, migrant crisis, regional stability, the future of NATO and climate change.
President Ghani is accompanied by his Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani, National Security Advisor Mohammad Hanif Atmar and senior advisor Dr. Mohammad Hamayon Qayumi during the visit, the statement said.
