Afghan dry-fruit vendor shot dead in Abbottabad
PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): An Afghan citizen has been gunned down in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, police said.
Zawaruddin, a dry fruit vendor, was shot dead by an unidentified attacker bang in the middle of the main bazaar in Abbottabad.
Local police official Iftikhar Afzal told Pajhwok Afghan News 25-year-old murdered in rush hour in Fawara Chowkarea on Sunday.
Zawaruddin was shot with a 30-bore pistol, the official said, adding the attacker managed to escape. Police are looking for the killer.
