CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): At least 190 individuals with alleged links to terrorists have been arrested in central Parwan and Kapisa provinces, officials said on Thursday.
The National Directorate of Security (NDS) official said 150 people traveling on bus were detained in the Haft Noor locality of Salang district.
The detainees were the residents of southeastern parts of the country. Apparently, they traveling to northern provinces in search of work. Investigations are underway.
