ALP commander injured in Parwan bomb attack
CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): An Afghan Local Police (ALP) commander was wounded in a bomb explosion in front of the governor’s house in central Parwan province on Tuesday.
Provincial crime branch chief, Col. Abdul Samad Zalmay, told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast took place at 10am when explosives attached to the ALP commander’s motorbike went off.
He said the ALP commander for Shinwari district, Abdul Ahmad, was injured in the incident. A doctor at the Charikar Civil Hospital confirmed receiving the Ahmad. He is said to be in criticalcondition.
