State owned housing company to start production in a year: Official
KABUL (Pajhwok): Officials of the Ministry of Urban Development on Friday said the state owned housing company (Khana Saze) would begin production within a year with the help of a Turkish construction company.
Abdul Aziz Ibrahimi, the ministry media affairs advisor, told Pajhwok Afghan News three major construction companies had been offered the project off which the council of ministers approved the Turkish company to take on the scheme.
He said the company would enable Khana Saze to begin production within a year at the cost of $10 million provided by the government of Afghanistan.
He said the company would train local engineers to make sure sustainability of production in the future.
