With inclusive agenda, President Ghani arrives in Jalalabad
JALALABAD (Pajhwok): At the head of a delegation, President Ashraf Ghani on Friday arrived in the capital of eastern Nangarhar province to evaluate the situation in the eastern zone, an official said.
The president arrived in Jalalabad in the morning, according to the Nangarhar governor’s house director, Ahmad Zia Abdulzai.

He said the president would assure the bereaved families that his government would put to an end atrocities of the terrorist group, which would be completely wiped out.
Secondly, the president would give information to security forces in the eastern zone about the NATO’s latest commitments with Afghanistan and to extensive discuss with them the ongoing campaign against terrorists in the zone.
His third purpose of the visit is to hold separate meetings with civil and military leaders of eastern Nangarhar, Laghman, Kunar and Nuristan provinces about every aspect of the situation there and taking necessary measures.
Abdulzai said more information about the president’s trip would be shared with the media later on.
