3 children killed over inheritance dispute in Balkh
MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): Three children were killed in what police said on Saturday a violent family dispute over an inheritance in northern Balkh province.
The children aged 6 and 10 years old were killed by their cousin on Friday evening in Chil Dokhtaran area of Dehdad district, police spokesman Sher Jan Durrani told Pajhwok Afghan News.
He said the killer had been arrested and was currently under interrogation.
A resident of the area, Hajji Jabbar, said the cousins had a dispute over land inheritance, which led to the deaths.
