She was sentenced to death in the hearing held in Jalalabad on Thursday, he said.
At the start of the open hearing, the prosecutor presented his evidence against the woman and then the woman’s lawyer defended her.
The jury for better clarity of the case gave time to both the sides and finally the woman was sentenced to death under the 395 Article’s 3rd paragraph of Criminal Law of Afghanistan and the 22 Article’s 2nd paragraph, law of violence against women.
