ACB chairman Nasimullah Danish said they were looking forward to an entertaining cricket for the game’s lovers in the host country.

“We are in close discussion with ICC full members and successfully completed many tours. Series of matches with full members prove that Afghanistan cricket has secured a decent spot in the cricketing worldinfo-icon.”

“It’s always good for our team’s development to test themselves in different conditions, and there’s no better place than Bangladesh to do that,” said Danish.

ACB CEO Shafiq Stanikzai said they were thankful to Bangladesh Cricket Board for hosting Afghanistan. “We are committed to playing as many international games as possible and we will learn and deliver good cricket for cricket lovers.”
