KABUL (Pajhwok): Three more Afghan soldiers training in the US state of Georgiahave disappeared, taking the number of missing trainees to seven
According to a US news channel, the missing trio from Georgia had come to Fort Benning and Fort Gordon. They were working with Americas under a Pentagon training programme.
11Alive said it was in touch with administration officials on an ongoing search for the missing soldiers. During the current month, seven Afghans training in the US have disappeared.
Four Afghans disappeared over Labor Day weekend, two from Fort Benning near Columbus, one left a base in Virginia and another from Arkansas.
The channel said two Afghan soldiers were in Missouri and a third came from Georgia’s Fort Gordon.
