Student stabbed to death in Faryab School
MAIMANA (Pajhwok): A high school student was stabbed to death in the capital of northern Faryab province on Tuesday, security officials said.
Mohammad Zahir Rahmani, the first police district’s chief in Maimana, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the 18-year-old student, Sabir, was killed in a knife attack inside the Arab Shar High School at around 10am.
He added security forces had arrested the killer identified as Ghulam aka Ghulam Kal. The murder resulted from a family feud.
The slain boy’s father, Nazir, also confirmed Ghulam Kal killed his son. He said his son had no dispute with anyone and he was just a student.
