PUL-I-KHUMRI/FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): Seventeen villages have been cleared of insurgents in Baghlan-i-Markazi district of northern Baghlan province, while six insurgents were killed and another 12 wounded in northeastern Badakhshan province, officials said on Monday.
