KABUL and other armed groups, a statement from Presidential Palace said on Friday.
The president expressed the view during a meeting with foreign and local diplomats in which the Kabul Process Conference which would be initiated soon was discussed.
He said the Kabul Process would not be merely a formality but the platform would ensure durable peace and stability in Afghanistan. The process would be a symbol of joint counter-terrorism efforts, he added.
