KABUL (PAN): The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has pledged funding agriculture research and extension projects worth $65 million to be implemented in Afghanistan’s seven zones, the agriculture minister said on Saturday.

QALAT/PUL-I-ALAM (PAN): An agriculture institute for high school graduates was inaugurated in southern Zabul province, while the foundation stone of a hostel and a dining hall in another agriculture high school in central Logar was laid on Wednesday, officials said.
