MEHTARLAM (Pajhwok): Abdul Hadi Arghandiwal and presidential advisor on Friday met Hezb-i-Islami leader Gulbadin Hekmatyar in eastern Laghman province.
An HIA source confided to Pajhwok Afghan News that Arghandiwal, who formed his own faction of the party after the US invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, met the ex-premier in Mehtarlam.
