LASHKARGAH , Nov 5, 2009 : The two civilians of a vehicle killed by foreign troops in southern Helmand province late Wednesday night. Relatives of the victims brought the dead to provincial capital as a protest. However, the foreign soldiers said they killed militants when they were planting roadside bombs.
