HERAT CITY, Sept 28, 2010: Security officials parade a top Taliban commander, Mullah Abdul Wadood, who was captured from a hotel in Herat city on Tuesday. The commander, who heads a 13-member militant group in neibhouring Badghis province, was arrested in Darwaza-i-Malak area.
