KUNDUZ CITY, June 30, 2011: The ranger pick-up truck that was carrying Lt. Col. Ibrahim, provincial chief and head of the Afghan National Police recruitment department in Kunduz, when he narrowly escaped a bomb attack on Thursday.
In total, five men were injured when a bomb planted on a motorcycle ripped through police headquarters, an official said.
