KABUL, Oct 29, 2011: Wolesi Jirga speaker Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi addresses lawmakers during a gathering marking the fourth death anniversary of their colleagues killed in a 2007 suicide attack in northern Baghlan province in Kabul on Saturday.
