KUNDUZ CITY, Feb 13, 2012: An elderly woman, who recently returned from Pakistan, waits to receives winter assistance in northern Kunduz province.
A number of displaced families and returnees from neighborhood countries received the assistance provided by the Kunduz Refugee and Repatriation Department, an official said.
