HERAT CITY, Feb 19, 2012: Prisoners take part in a ceremony prior to their release in Herat Central Jail.
72 prisoners including 8 women were released in compliance with a presidential decree on the occasion of the Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, the birth of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) in this western province, an official said.
