    KABUL, Mar 22, 2012: A shopkeeper sprays water on wheat to grow tall for its use in making Samakan, one of the traditional dishes that start with the green (sabz) letter. This is a special dish that takes at least two weeks to get ready to be cooked. Samanak is usually cooked on Nawroz or few days before this festival.
