X-JALALABAD, July 12, 2012: Public Health Minister Suraya Dalil along with some provincial officials visits a civil hospital during her visit to eastern Nangarhar province.
Upon the complaints of some locals regarding health services, Dalil visited hospitals and found defects in health services.
