GHAZNI CITY, Jan 02, 2013: Inmates attend a gathering in Ghazni City after being released from Bagram Jail located in Parwan province.
Total 16 prisoners were freed from Parwan Jail as a result of the endeavors by the Ghazni High Peace Council and Government House, an official said.
