KABUL, May 19, 2013: The Country Representative of the UN Habitat, Peter John Dalglish exchanges agreement documents with Abdul Khaliq Farahi, the director general of the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG) in Kabul.
Under the contract $20 million would be spent in infrastructure projects.
