KALAT (PAN): Five foreigners, including three International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) soldiers were killed on Saturday in a suicide attack targeting the governor of southern Zabul province, officials said.
KABUL (PAN): A would-be suicide bomber was detained by security personnel before he could reach his target in the central province of Maidan Wardak, an official said on Tuesday.
