KAUBL, Jan 27, 2010: Head of the National Olympic Committee Muhammad Zahir Aghbar and founder of Azizi Foundation Mirwis Azizi cut the ribbon to inaugurate construction work over a playground spreading over 47 acres of land in Kabul on Wednesday.
