NANGARHAR, May 14, 2011: Three civilians have been injured as an oil tanker caught fire near two vehicles- a corolla and a ranger of National Army, on Kabul-Jalalabad highway in the Khairo Khail area of eastern Laghman province on Saturday, said Sayed Pacha, an officer from the regional traffic police.
