Equipped with elevators and electricity signals, the nine floor business building has 97 big and small shops in the three first floors. In the remaining six floors the big market has a big hall for wedding, conferences and sports as well as rooms with one, tow and three persons bed. Haji Abdul Qudus Sapai began construction of this building (Kabul City Center) 13 years back in Charah-e-Ansari square, construction of which was several times halted by insecurity during last decade of war, but the construction of this building was completed this year.
