QUETTA (PAN): Pakistan authorities released 77 Afghan prisoners from the district jail of Khuzdar and handed them over to Afghan border authorities at the Pak-Afghan Chaman border, police sources said.

The law-enforcement agencies had arrested these people from various parts of Balochistan for having entered into Pakistan without legal documents. They were tried and sentenced under the Foreign Act by the court and were handed over to the Afghan authorities after completion of their sentence and payment of fines.
