Laghman’s Dawlat Shah district gets hospital

MEHTERLAM (Pajhwok): In a first a hospital, worth 15 million Afghanis will be constructed in the Dawlat Shah district of eastern Laghman province, an official said on Thursday.

Governor Spokesman Sarhadi Zwak told Pajhwok Afghan News the foundation stone of the hospital was laid on Wednesday during the governor visit to the district.

Work on the 20-bed hospital would be completed in three months, he said adding, the facility will have 20 rooms.

Governor Mohammad Asif Nang termed the construction of hospital in Dawlat Shah a huge achievement and congratulated the masses on the progress.

H said the hospital once completed will help provided the residents of Dawlat Shah improved healthinfo-icon facilities.
