CHARIKARinfo-icon (PANinfo-icon): The Talibaninfo-icon insurgents shot dead a former jihadiinfo-icon commander in the central province of Parwan, officials said on Saturday.

The ex-jihadi leader Azizullah was traveling in Syad Gard district when militants intercepted his vehicle on Friday, the district chief, Abdul Alim Mujaddadi, told Pajhwok Afghan News. His dead body was found in Qul Masaud area, the official said.
