Civilians injured in Kandahar explosion

KANDAHAR (PAN): Four civilians were injured in a bomb explosion in southern Kandahar province, an official said on Wednesday.

The blast took place in the Aeno Mena Square, Brig. Gen. Abdul Razaq, the provincial police chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News. He had no idea who the target was.

Four civilians, evacuated to hospital, are reported to be in stable condition, a doctor in the Mirwais Civil Hospital said on condition of anonymity.
