JALALABAD (PAN schemes it has left incomplete in the eastern province.
A statement from the governor’s office said that Gul Agha Sherzai issued the call at a meeting with Pakistan’s Consul General Habibullah Chaudhry in Jalalabad.
A statement from Sherzai’s office said Pakistani projects, including a kidney hospital, a building for the computer science faculty and dualisation of the Torkham-Jalalabad road, had been incomplete.
During the meeting, Sherzai asked Chaudhry to complete the remaining 30 percent work on dualisation of the highway.
On the basis of good neighbourliness, Pakistan had constructed buildings for the kidney hospital and computer science faculty, he said. But the facilities are yet to be equipped.
Chaudhry said he would meet senior officials on the resumption of work on the highway and provision of equipment for the hospital and the faculty.
