3 women killed in Kapisa, Kunduz

 MAHMOOD RAQI (PAN): A person shot dead his mother and sister in the Nijrab district of central Kapisa province, an official said on Saturday.

This incident took place on Friday night in Kohi area, where Abdul Munir gunned down his mother and 20 years old sister, the district police chief said.

Lt. Col. Abdul Aleem told Pajhwok Afghan News that the killer managed to escape, and the incident was being investigated.

In the north, a man named Khan Mohammad strangulated his wife in the Haman Pul area of the Imam Sahib district in Kunduz province, said the district chief, Amanuddin Qureshi.
