HPC delegation to leave for Pakistan shortly

KABUL in the near future, an official said on Monday.

Afghanistan and Pakistan agreed two months back to hold an international conference of religious scholars on suicide attacks and extremism in the region.

The HPC delegation, involving religious scholars and HPC members, would travel to Islamabad next week to discuss with Pakistani officials the proposed conference, a member of the council, Mohammad Ismail Qasimyar, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
