4 Afghan refugees die in Jamrud

KABULinfo-icon (PANinfo-icon): Four members of an Afghan refugee family were killed after the roof of their house collapsed due to days of raining in Pakistaninfo-icon's tribal region of Khyber on Wednesday, the Pakistani media reported.

The incident took place in the Jamrud tehil. The dead included two men, a 12 year-old girl and a womeninfo-icon, the wife of one of the two brothers died.

Local residents rushed to the site in the village of Ghariza to retrieve the bodies from under the rubble.

A similar incident on Tuesday killed two Afghans and injured another six, all from the same family, in the Swabi area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
