KABUL): About 500 Afghan National Police (ANP) officials returned home from professional training courses in Turkey, an official said on Saturday.
The policemen, who had completed three months basic training in Kabul, were sent to Turkey for higher professional training on August, 22, according to the interior ministry.
Najib Danish, the ministry’s deputy spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the officials had been trained at one of Turkey’s prestigious universities.
