KABUL would positively impact the country’s overall security situation.

Juma Khan Hamdard, who held a meeting with a UN representative Mark Bardan was of the view that foreign troops’ exit would yield positive results with regard to maintaining security, calling the on-track security transition a major achievement for the Afghan government.

Gubernatorial spokesman Rohullah Samoon told Pajhwok Afghan News that the governor was optimistic about future scenario, believing the insurgents would be left with no justification to continue the war once foreigners left.
